We are committed to providing you with the best care possible. This goal is best achieved by having all parties aware of our financial policy, which is an agreement between Mountain View Pediatrics and the child's parent or guardian. A clear understanding of the financial agreement is important to our professional relationship.

Health Insurance is a contract between you, your employer, and your insurance company. It is important for you to be an informed consumer who understands the specifications of your insurance policy. For example - vaccine and physician visit coverage, referral/authorization requirements for specialty care, radiography, laboratory tests, emergency hospital care, etc...

Please have your insurance card with you at the time of your visit. If we are not contracted with your insurance, you are responsible for payment at the time of service.
